Besides the very good quality products, customer service was fantastic and truly made a difference. Delivery to my store was attempted several times, with the risk of being sent back to the sender. Fenella was absolutely great and extremely helpful. She was liaising with me and the delivery staff, almost 'live', as she would promptly reply to my messages and pass them on to the delivery company. It was only thanks to her efficiency and kindness that I was able to get my delivery. Thank you! Ruth
