Kliil (Rosemary) is wild and organic. It was harvested in bloom by zitouns (olive trees) and bees from the rocky hills of Jbel Oust in Tunisia. Native to the Zaghouan region (north-west center of Tunisia), harvested by hand, natural drying away from the sun. Soaked in the sun, a few leaves of organic wild rosemary are enough to release an intense, sweet taste with the scent of honey.
