Sciara's shelled Sicilian Pistachio keeps all its natural peculiarities intact, from harvest to packaging in our laboratory. Sciara's Sicilian Pistachio is neither toasted nor salted, but is simply dried, peeled and stored in special spaces at a controlled temperature. Sciara Sicilian Pistachio is harvested in Bronte, partly in our pistachio orchard (as the Pistachio plantation is called) and partly in the land of other local producers, from whom we buy the product so that we can meet the demand for Bronte Pistachio.
