I repeated the order because one of the chairs from the first order broke on first use. The second loungers at the same price and supposedly identical to the previous ones did not match the photos on Faire. 3 positions instead of 4, poor quality wood, smaller and thinner lounger with less weight, poorly varnished, bad screws, unsewn fabric, and plastic fittings. Weight according to description 6.73 kg/unit, weight according to carrier 5.30 kg/unit.

It arrived quickly. It was successful in the store because it was very nice, but with the first person who wanted to try the chair to buy it, it broke. The person was of standard build and had to be lifted off the floor. Attached is a photo of the chair on its first use. I placed another order to replace the broken chair and received a product of even worse quality. It doesn't match the photos or the description at all. A disaster. Is that why they don't accept the return? I trust Faire's support.
