About CONSERVES GUINTRAND

A family story: With its history and century-old experience, the artisanal and family business CONSERVES GUINTRAND, founded in 1898 and based in Carpentras since 1911, welcomes this year the arrival of Jean-Christophe, great-great-grandson of its founder Paul Guintrand. Three generations of this family of canners are now working together to process fresh and ripe fruits and vegetables from Provence, thus producing quality preserves, renowned for their exceptional flavors for over a century among a professional clientele. Quality has been an unwavering goal of the company since its inception. An ancestral know-how: For the first time, in July 2020, CONSERVES GUINTRAND was awarded the "Living Heritage Company" label. This "EPV" label is a mark of recognition by the State, established to distinguish French companies with artisanal and industrial know-how of excellence. More innovations: Conserves Guintrand is launching new products by processing fruits and cereals grown in Provence: the "strawberry of Carpentras" and "the small spelt of Mont Ventoux". In compote or jam for the strawberry, in "ready-to-eat" recipes for the small spelt, jars now complement its range of fruit desserts from Provence as well as that of "cuisines of the South".
