Our company was founded at the end of the 18th century in Piedmont, a wooded area rich in "Porcini" mushrooms. Our founder, Mr. Lorenzo Galfrè, along with his wife Felicita, started the business with traditional recipes that are still used today: one of the most famous is the appetizer ("Ghiotto" means "delicious"). We specialize in "Delicatessen with Porcini" (our brand represents a farmer picking mushrooms) and we use only the best varieties of mushrooms for aroma and texture. Our range is completed with sauces and creams ready to spread, all made with high-quality raw materials and an artisanal production process.
