About Biokikko Farmhouse

The BioKikko project was born from the enthusiasm of a group of small independent growers in Southern Italy who share the choice to exclude the use of any chemical product, even those allowed even today in organic farming practices (heavy metals, copper, sulfur, etc...), with the aim of guaranteeing our fellow citizen-consumers, our children and the local communities that live nearby of our crops, not only truly healthy, safe and eco-sustainable products, but also a healthy and protected environment, respecting soil and water. In conventional agriculture practices, the indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides destroys beneficial microflora and microfauna by altering the nature and composition of the soil, polluting the environment; Even in Organic Farming, heavy metals (copper, cadmium, etc.) are massively sprayed on crops (orchards, vineyards, olive groves).
