Great products, delivered on time, and the value for money works for me as well. However, the freight is very expensive and significantly higher than with my other European suppliers. The only real criticism is the tedious communication. Only after several messages over the course of several weeks did someone respond, because there apparently is no cover during absences. The images and product information that were then provided are, however, very useful for my webshop.
