About Chocolats PICHON

Chocolats PICHON is a brand created in December 2020 by Clara PICHON, a Master of Finance student at the Sorbonne. During her last year of study, she realized that she had moved away from her lifelong passion: cooking. She therefore created her company in parallel with her studies and her apprenticeship by creating chocolate bars with original tastes and atypical shapes. The story began in her kitchen but given the scale of the project, Clara invested in her own chocolate laboratory to meet the growing demand.
