About Brasserie sagesse

I am Nicolas Vieillard, originally from Lorraine, a brewer passionate about hops. It is with this in mind that Sagesse, a family craft brewery, was created in 2013 in Maisons-Laffitte (Yvelines). In truth, I was planning to move to Normandy for retirement but I didn't want to wait! With my wife Valérie, we fell in love with this region. We were seduced by an old carpentry shop in Breuil-en-Auge and decided to bring it back to life. This is how the artisanal brewery Sagesse arrived in the Pays d'Auge. We produce organic beers from Normandy dedicated to cinema and music, often vintage! Read their story
