About Pastificio Tanda e Spada
Since 1990, Tanda & Spada has been producing high-quality dry pasta, with a particular focus on regional specialties from Sardinia. The production facility has 3 modern production lines and 4 static low-temperature drying cells. These features, along with the selection of the best semolina and the strict bronze die extrusion, allow for the creation of a product with high-quality nutritional and taste characteristics. In February 2022, the new facility housing the mill serving the pasta factory was inaugurated. The Tanda & Spada brand is distributed in the Italian market and has an export share of 20% achieved in 20 countries. The product range is structured for positioning in the high-end segment.
