South of Strasbourg, Marine and Stéphane brought P’tit Bout d’Alsace to life in 2018, a small artisanal business born from a great love for regional gastronomy. Their wish: to share a piece of Alsatian culinary tradition through authentic and nature-friendly products. Each "pure butter" shortbread and each gingerbread is handmade, with ingredients from organic farming, local as much as possible, or from fair trade. Their range honors the emblematic flavors of Alsace: golden honey, fragrant cinnamon, cloves, and a hint of kirsch — a perfect balance between sweetness and character.
