About Cascina Ciapat

The aromas of our wine are those of the land, the history, and the elegance of the Roero hills. For four generations, we have passed down the respect for nature and the desire to grow as a genuine company in search of high quality. We do not use herbicides in our vineyards, and the grape harvest is strictly done in crates. Our grapes are pressed fresh on the same day of harvest. The main indigenous grape variety in our production is Roero Arneis, a structured white wine that finds ideal minerality, acidity, and sapidity in the sandy hills of Roero, rich in fossils and minerals.
