Regarding the delivery, we would like to clarify that the transport and delivery of the package are the responsibility of the carrier. All tracking information was provided to you, and we remained available, attentive, and inquired as soon as you informed us that you did not have the package in your possession. The tracking link indicated that the package was at a pickup point due to your absence during delivery and remained there for nearly a week before being collected. As for the breakage, although we take the utmost care in packaging, unfortunately, incidents can occur during transport, beyond our control.
