FROM THE FIELD TO THE TABLE, A PRODUCT CONTROLLED IN EVERY STEP The tomato that we grow in our greenhouses is already on the plant a sweet and palatable fruit. As soon as it is harvested, it is taken to our laboratory where it is transformed and stored, without the addition of additives or preservatives, to obtain a genuine and natural product, higher quality. The transformation process is artisanal and traces the techniques typical of Sicilian culinary culture. But it's not just tradition that inspires us. The comparison with our most loyal consumers, as well as with some starred chefs with whom we collaborate, pushes us to always create new products, some of which are designed as a real evolution of the most classic flavors. We want our products to tell the story, flavors and aromas of our territory. For this reason, we are inspired by the teachings of our grandparents who, every summer, selected the best tomatoes of the harvest to turn them into sauces and preserves.Read their story
