About Pasta Granaio Pugliese

We are a small farm in the heart of Puglia, precisely in the Dauni mountains, dedicated to growing wheat for generations. If there is something we know how to do well, that is wheat; precisely that grain that we use to produce our Granaio Pugliese artisan pasta. Our farm does not use “glyphosate” in the cultivation of durum wheat that is used to produce Granaio Pugliese artisan pasta. In addition, thanks to its craftsmanship, due to slow drying and low temperatures, Granaio Pugliese pasta has a high roughness that allows it to retain all types of seasoning as well as an excellent resistance to cooking. Our work leads us to work closely with nature while respecting and loving it. For this reason we strongly wanted a biodegradable packaging.
