Welcome to Rishstudio, Handmade in Nottingham, UK. On a mission to bring colourful light into everyone's lives :) Hello everyone, I'm Nupur Dasgupta. My journey started over 10 years ago in Nottingham, England, where I worked in landscape design. Since moving to Nottingham from India, I knew I wanted to change my career to something more creative. I've always loved doing things with my hands and have explored many crafts over the years. For the past 8 years, I have been particularly passionate about moss art and resin art. It felt like the Universe pushed me to take the leap, and after a lot of experimentation, I found my abstract style that brings me immense joy. Since launching my creations, they have been selling consistently, allowing me to make my passion project, Multiple Shapes, my full-time job! I am a one-woman band: from designing and making to offering customer service and running every aspect of my business from my home-based studio. Rishstudio was born from the idea of constant change and evolution. Just like glass, my art adopts multiple shapes, transforming into different states and materials. Over the past 2 years, I've been learning new techniques to incorporate into my work. Most of my inspiration comes from nature itself—its different textures, patterns, colours, and opacities—which makes every piece totally unique. I hope you love my pieces as much as I do!
