About Torched Displays
It all started in 2016 when we launched our line of handmade men’s gifts at the largest gift show in the world, AmericasMart in Atlanta. Our company, Torched Products, needed counter-top displays to showcase our line of products. With not a lot of time until the show, and very little money to spend, we utilized our laser cutters and created displays for our use. Much to our surprise, other exhibitors came to us and asked where we got our displays. It didn’t take long before we started to take orders from them, and thus a new business was formed. Flash forward to the present day. We specialize in affordable, and easy-to-assemble counter, tabletop and floor displays for a variety of industries. All still made by hand in our workshop in Tampa, Florida. We take pride in using eco-friendly manufacturing techniques, including reducing packaging consumption. We are still a small, family-run company that takes pride in their work.

The 2 products ordered were very difficult to put together. They don’t stay together very well either. All of the pieces were included, nothing was missing. The wood is quite lightweight, so that is part of the problem. There aren’t screws, so fitting the joints together is frustrating. Greeting cards that are larger than the average size don’t fit in the display.

Some of these displays are really nice and functional. One of the designs came in defective but stuff happens. My issue and warning for other retailers is that Torched sells all of the same displays on Amazon for cheaper and with free shipping. This is very frustrating and is against Faire's policies. I reached out to the brand to question this and ask if they would honor their amazon pricing on Faire and they didn't even respond and they have not changed their pricing to match amazons.
