In Finland, foraging for wild berries isn't just a hobby; it's a deep-rooted cultural tradition. Our forests are some of the cleanest environments on Earth, producing berries that are smaller, but intensely concentrated with flavor, natural color, and raw nutrients compared to cultivated varieties.
