Aillant grows up in the countryside, we have been making homemade jams with our grandmothers since we were very young. In 2018 we opened our first hotel restaurant in town in La Rochelle, and naturally we make our own jams for breakfast. It was in 2020 after numerous requests from customers that we decided to create our brand to market them. We make our jams in La Rochelle in the traditional way in copper pots like our grandmothers did.
