In our traditional farm body, we rehabilitated an old beet factory in a pasta making workshop, it is here that we had the idea of combining two flavors to create unique pasta. With our family and friends as guinea pigs-testers, we have mixed natural tastes, and invented a range of gourmet pasta. Tomato-Basil, Lemon-Rosemary, Garlic-Parsley, Pumpting-Chestnut, Pepper Charcoal... Our pasta is the result of a short circuit: we sow durum wheat on our land, we harvest it ourselves, then once processed in a nearby mill, we make the pasta.Découvrir l'histoire de la marque
