The Good Samaritan was born after almost two years of technical research. It is, before being a gluten-free beer, above all a beer! The Good Samaritan is brewed with the ingredients of classic beer, barley malt, hops and yeast. It is then “deglutenized”, the gluten is then in trace and undetectable state (below 2.5 ppm). Each batch is checked and validated by an independent laboratory. The Good Samaritan Blonde is a beer for aging. It is part of the tradition of beers of great flavor. It is a high-fermentation beer, not centrifuged, not filtered, not pasteurized, refermented in the bottle and therefore naturally saturated.
