Our traditional olive oils invite you to discover the unique flavors of our valley. They approach olive oil from its two main aspects: green fruitiness and ripe fruitiness. The mild one is our ripe fruitiness. It is produced at the end of the season, with a predominance of black olives, giving it sweet and ripe aromas. It is composed exclusively of varieties from the Douro Valley: Cobrançosa, Mardural, Verdeal, Cordovil.
