This natural red wine of a dense ruby color is a unique cuvée, entirely vinified in our winery in Courbevoie, from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from partner winemakers in the southwest of Angers who cultivate their vines organically. It is a powerful and woody red, with aromas reminiscent of a porch in winter, where the scents of the surrounding forest and the intoxicating smoke of a cigar transport us to an elegant evening. We sipped it with a Langres cheese aged in Champagne, to the solo guitar of a Californian band from the late 70s. We use neither sulfur nor other additives. Bottled at the winery.
