I would avoid that company at all costs. I am sitting in hospital with an infection in a wound that needed stitches due to broken glass, and because I didn’t get photos, they will not replace or refund the items. Disgraceful service, and I am appalled as I sit here getting IV antibiotics, as I again had to be rushed to hospital for a second time as it became infected. They state I did not provide photos. No, sorry, I was being rushed in an ambulance to hospital, so photos were not taken.
