So, these are great products, packaged beautifully, and arrived fast - I expect great sales. For that, they should be 5 stars. However, I find it a little questionable that Zulay advertises their webpage on the packaging, offering 20% off the next purchase. Effectively taking future sales I may have earned. Additionally they recommend a sales price of $15, only to sell it themselves on Amazon for what we purchased for. Personally I feel this is a little underhanded. Not sure I will be back.

Glass Electric Kettle 1.7L with Blue LED Light
We love the milk frothers and pitchers we got - which makes it easy to sell them to customers. But we ordered the hot water electric kettles, and used one at our espresso bar for teas and americanos - but the kettle died just after a month. Opened another box, which also died after a month. And then another. We've gone through 4 boxes so far. Disappointed with the quality. 3 stars for their responsiveness and customer service. But I still wouldn't recommend buying the kettle.
