Disappointing as half of the items were bent and scratched and a couple of breadboxes were without full retail packaging, with one of them being dusty. They were well packed so the delivery and the courier can't be faulted. I suppose this is mainly a matter of how they are stored in the first place. The breadboxes are packed in their brown boxes very tightly and these come in two designs, with handles or without. All those with handles were bent on one side particularly but don't know if related... 🤷😔😢

I ordered teapots and matching cups so i can serve tea at my cafe with the sets. They did absolutely nothing to protect the ceramic all was just tossed in a box. So most broke. The delivery service wouldn’t mark my order delivered so i could report it to fair. When i messaged them the woman responded so short and no help. Eventually she marked them received so i can report them. I opted for a replacement and they sent them to a different store and only 1 cup not the whole set that broke
