This white wine has a bright pale straw yellow color with silvery reflections. Beautiful bright transparency like a sunrise on a mountain lake. The nose is very aromatic. From the first approaches, it expresses itself with panache over aromas of exotic fruits. Ripe pineapple, ripe mango, but also notes of banana and candied lemon. A slight woody note adds complexity. The aftertaste is round and delicious. The heart of the mouth develops the aromas of the nose with roundness. Ripe and candied fruits express themselves with opulence and voluptuousness. Fruit yoghurt notes develop as you taste them. This wine is fresh, easy to access and the southern heat is very present and is expressed in harmony with the freshness and the aromatic bouquet. This wine is very long! The exotic aromas still linger for a long time with a patina provided by the woody nature of this wine.
