Awful customer service, took ages to reply and even Faire couldn’t reach them. The gift sets did not match the box in the photo so they need to change that to accurate one. The main problem is communication, there is none. The order shipped many days later than expected and they claimed that they didn’t have the right cork to box the items which is totally fine, but this needs to be communicated to the customer!

My experience with this brand has been awful: Zero communication, even reps at Faire couldn't get in contact with them for me. Package arrived late and bundled in a box without much care. The most expensive item (the deluxe spa kit) arrived in a woven straw basket rather than the beautiful box in the photo, and was packaged in newspaper shreddings... it looks abysmal and I won't be able to sell. Stickers are scratched and peeling off the bottles, can hardly read the ingredient text. AVOID.
