Blonde beer, inspired by Belgium, with a medium alcohol content, produced with the addition of honey produced in the territory of Altomonte, on the slopes of the Pollino National Park. In the middle part of the drink, honey caresses the palate together with a good sparkling sensation. On the nose, the floral and citrus notes of honey enrich without overwhelming the spicy and fruity aromas produced by yeast. Very high drinkability, as per Belgian tradition, achieved thanks to a dry and slightly bitter finish. Excellent to combine with fish and shellfish, white meat and fresh or medium-aged cheese.
