Only the packaging that didn't hold on some soaps and a rather long processing time, order placed on February 6 and delivered almost 1 month later, even my package from the United States arrived before... Otherwise, nothing to complain about regarding the product which is beautiful and of very good quality, except for packaging that is too thin and tore in the box on 2 or 3 soaps but perfect packaging and no breakage.
