These Mindful Minute cards were created by me based on lessons that I practice with my students. They can be used at anytime, anywhere, by anyone. This collection of cards include mindful activities for breathing, practicing gratitude, becoming more presently aware, & expressing loving kindness to yourself & others. The cards are durable & feel nice to touch. There are 31 cards in each deck and they measure 3"x3", so they're perfectly sized to carry with you.
