I clean and massage the whole body without attacking the skin. I am made from FSC® certified beech wood from responsibly managed forests. Instructions for use: Brush in circular movements for 5 minutes starting at the tips of the extremities and working your way up. Practice in a 2 to 3 week cure for daily use or 2 times a week for weekly use. Precautions for use: Do not use on the stomach for pregnant women. Avoid in case of scars, recent stretch marks, or inflamed areas. Attention should also be paid in case of varicose veins on the legs.
