Wholesale Calvados Pays d'Auge Selection - 70cl - Christian Drouin

Created by Christian Drouin in the 1990s, the selection recipe was developed in order to offer a calvados perfectly suited to mixology. Bartenders, cooks looking for the finest Calvados, and lovers of light brandies choose the Selection. After a simple distillation in a column, aged for only two years in very old barrels and made from apple and pear (30%), it offers scents of fresh, light and elegant fruits. The scent of the apple is at its peak. This Calvados has won several awards, including the gold medal at the Cambremer AOC festival in 2022, the gold medal at the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2016, and the silver medal at the World Calvados Awards in 2021.
