In this special nougat recipe we use honey harvested in apiaries placed on the most prestigious monuments of Paris such as the Hôtel des Invalides, the Monnaie de Paris or the Military School. This honey is enhanced by a slow cooking and an association with almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts of first quality. A soft nougat without being sticky that will perfectly accompany an oriental tea or a coffee at the end of a meal.
