The shipping times are long (more than 10 days), 1 product was canceled from my order due to being out of stock, and once the order was received, there was an error with two products. Despite these inconveniences, Rucci is a responsive company and immediately sent the correct products. My clients really like these products, and despite the issues encountered, I will order again because Rucci is the only brand on Faire to offer Kerastase 👍🏻
