The fruit of the best finely chopped and minced pork, secret, fan, tenderloin and Iberian acorn-fed sausage, Torrencinas is made following the same processes and recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation in the Salamanca region of Guijuelo. Salt, garlic, black pepper and natural spices are added to the top-quality meat from Iberian pigs raised in local pastures. Product of around 1.5 kg, presented in halves.
