This white beer, recently renamed “Blanche-Brune”, is a homemade beer of the Dunkelweizen type (dark wheat beer). Unfiltered, unpasteurized, it is fermented in a bottle. Wheat malt gives us creaminess and freshness. Killed barley malts exude aromas of caramel and chocolate as well as flavors of toasted bread. They also give this unique white color its brown color with orange reflections. Yeasts develop banana esters. Hops give us aromas of white fruit, mango and passion fruit.
