Cornmeal and black summer truffle give life to a dish full of flavors and aromas. It is a product that can be prepared in a few minutes (instant polenta). We recommend dressing with light sauces, with extra virgin olive oil or butter and a sprinkling of cheese at will. Excellent in combination with our sauces, such as cream cheese with truffles, sauce with gorgonzola and truffle or truffle fondue.
