Just had to pay $175 invoice for a product we never received. We got sent the wrong candles for our last order. Contacted them immediately. They asked what are our was supposed to be and they would send a replacement. I took a screenshot of our order and sent it them. Never heard back. Finally messaged and said I was sending back what we received and would just like to cancel the order. Never heard back. Had to pay the invoice for which we received nothing.
