The plant, also known as rooibos tea, grows exclusively on the Cedar Mountains in northern Cape Town. Its reddish-brown color and aromatically sweet taste are characteristic of rooibos tea. The stronger the red, the higher the quality of the tea. Preparation: Brew 15-18 grams of tea per liter with boiling hot water and let it brew for 5 minutes. Always keep cool, dry, airtight and light-tight.
