Greek balsamic vinegar is an insider tip among gourmets and can be compared to good Modena balsamic vinegar. The organic balsamic vinegar contains the complete spicy notes of red wine and gives our organic classic balsamic vinegar the round, slightly sweet-sour bouquet. The balsamic is obtained in Crete and is stored in oak barrels. It is made from the Agioritiki and Romeiko grape varieties and the vines are over 30 years old.
