The species is Eucalyptus pulverulenta, which retains all the balsamic properties of eucalyptus but with a more delicate and grassy olfactory note. It is preserved using a peptide obtained from plant-based ingredients processed using modern fermentation techniques and biotechnology. This peptide not only plays a significant role for the proper preservation of the hydrolat, but it also has additional moisturising properties, which supplement those intrinsic to eucalyptus itself.
