Exchanges via messaging on 4/05, apparently with the brand directly (Eduardo): I was told that the necessary actions would be taken and they would get back to me. End of May, after follow-up: I was told to contact FAIRE so they could reach out directly. June arrived: no news. - Invoice accompanying the delivery is 25% cheaper than the invoice already paid.
