We LOVE the products from Luxe B Co unfortunately the customer service is terrible. We ordered the clear bottles. Understandably the shipping takes long so we were disappointed when it arrived incorrectly. (Amber) We reported the error immediately. The replacement bottles finally came today and we were asked to pay an additional $78 charge for duties. We had to refuse the shipment. As a company the only thing you should be doing is making the order right and not at the customers expense.

We fully acknowledge that a mistake occurred, and we sincerely apologized for that from the beginning. Through Faire, you were offered the option of a refund or a replacement, and once you selected the replacement, we provided two clear shipping options. You chose to have it shipped immediately, fully aware that duties would apply. As a small team, we simply aren’t in a position to absorb those extra fees, though we are actively working to move our inventory into the U.S. to help prevent this for customers in the future, even at significant cost on our end. We had hoped for more understanding given the steps we took to resolve the issue quickly and transparently.
