Water temperature: 190ºf Brewing time: 3-5 minutes. Infusions: 4+ *for each additional infusion add 1 minute to brew time Brewing Sakura Kyoto cherry blossom simple syrup 1 heaping teaspoon of sakura Kyoto cherry blossom tea 12 oz. of water 4 oz. superfine cane sugar Take 1 heaping teaspoon of sakura Kyoto cherry blossom tea and infuse it into 12oz. of boiling water. Brew for 5 minutes and pour out. add 4oz. of sugar and cook (stirring constantly) until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and cool completely before using.
