I had tried seawater, but it has nothing to do with Refix. This drink has many properties and a good taste. Also, the presentation is cool and the delivery and response have been very fast. We are a CrossFit box in Valencia and with the humidity, you sweat a lot, which causes muscle cramps for our athletes, so I think the option of Refix as a recovery drink will be very useful to prevent dehydration and promote the recovery of mineral salts.
