About Holi Épicerie

We are Violette and Thomas, partners and passionate about spices, taste craftsmen and culinary discovery. Back from a trip to several Asian countries, Thomas came back with a lot of pepper in his suitcases, with an idea: to democratize its use and make people discover the whole range of flavours that this spice can hide. It was during this first project that we met. After more than a year of experience, we decided in August 2021 to expand our offer by completing our range of other spices and mixtures according to our new concept: Holi Épicerie. While Violette is responsible for the art direction and and brand image, Thomas is responsible for sourcing and sales.
