About ES Designs - A Saunders Story

My mom, Saunders, a former teacher, always insisted on "pleases" and "thank you’s". After every holiday, birthday, or celebration she would ask, "Have you written a thank you note?" I would then be promptly sent to a table or desk to write one. Handwritten letters and writing to say thank you are quickly becoming a lost art. In 2017, a picture of my infant daughter at her first Christmas with my mother on her last Christmas, caused my grief and nostalgia to surface. We had lost her to breast cancer in 2007. To honour my mother's memory, I started a card company. The message of my mother, Saunders, is on the back. I have packaged cards, lists, journals and stationary for you to take the time to write the people you care about. The artwork on the cards are original watercolours by me and inspired by our memories. The "thank you" inside the thank you card is in my mother’s handwriting. The work is added to seasonally and the collection has expanded to include more high-quality printed products. A portion of the sale of each box of cards/items will go to support local cancer and breast cancer charities. Thank YOU for your support.
