About Premiata Forneria Del Corso

The Premiata Forneria del Corso is a company that deals with artisan confectionery production (we do not use dyes and preservatives), the headquarters are in Italy, precisely in Tocco da Casauria in Abruzzo, a small medieval village dating back to the year 872 and located in the territory of the National Park of Maiella (UNESCO Geopark). The company was founded in 1988 by Nicolino Salce, after having inherited from an uncle, a ancient bakery located in the historic center of the country. Read their story
